What is the best place to post bugs?

I figured that bugs should be posted on github, i.e. https://github.com/neo4j-devtools/neo4j-bloom/issues but there I was referenced to the "Neo4j community" site, where I found a reference to this place...

Github should do fine for bugs as we have a bot that sends us messages whenever there is a new issue.
The community is not actively monitored by the Bloom team but you might find other experts that could help you out there.
Otherwise this is a safe spot to post any bugs or general feedback because it's monitored closely by the Bloom team.
